Giles qualified as a Chartered surveyor in 1988 and teamed up with Parma some 20 years ago having worked for Foxtons for 10 years and launched the Land and New Homes business. He has 35 years experience in Land and Development .

Alistair has been developing property with Parma and Giles for 20 years. He is the Managing Director of his families' Property Investment company, The Court Group, established almost 100 years ago. He has a lifetimes experience of property development and investment, both residential and commercial.
